Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain
Your Role:
Strategic and tactical Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain Leader
Lead a senior team of 8 as well as 650 to 700 non-union employees
Accountable for:
Leadership of seven (7) Manufacturing facilities, Engineering, and Production Control,
Supply Chain including: Procurement, Materials Management, Warehousing and Distribution
Your
Experience:
20
years Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations experience
Plastics manufacturing experience is required
Sourcing, inspection and distribution experience with major retailers
Minimum annual production sales value $160 million
Leading an organization of at least 600 employees.
Additional highly valued
Experience:
Integrating mergers and acquisitions a definite plus
Asian sourcing preferred
Your Education:
B.S., Engineering or a Business discipline. MBA is preferred
Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to our Client's Kansas headquarters.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
